How you'll make an impact:
We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Finishing Operators to join our team at our St. Paul, MN facility and help produce high-quality packaging products for leading brands. In this role, you’ll operate specialized folder-gluer equipment that transforms printed materials into finished cartons ready for retail shelves and customer use.
Finishing Operators play an important role in ensuring products meet quality standards while supporting efficient production, waste reduction, and on-time delivery. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position level and placement will be based on relevant experience, with preference given to candidates with packaging or manufacturing experience.
Shifts and Schedules for these roles are as follows:
Day Shift: 3*, 12-hour shifts rotating days, 6:00AM – 6:00PM
Night Shift: 4*, 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thurs), 6:00PM – 4:00AM
*Employees may be required to work overtime based on operational needs.
What will you do in this role?
Work with team members to support safe, efficient production and meet daily schedules
Set up and operate folding/gluing equipment according to production specifications
Monitor product quality to ensure cartons meet customer and company standards
Prepare, handle, and pack materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process
Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain efficient production
Minimize waste and support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What does it take to be successful in this role?
Basic Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems or equipment
Ability to meet the schedule and physical demands of the role, including standing, moving, and working on your feet for extended periods

Preferred Requirements

Troubleshooting experience with machinery or equipment
The physical requirements and work environment:
Physical Demands
Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift)
Lifting/Carrying: Regularly lift, push, pull or move materials up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands and arms for machine operation and material handling
Visual/Manual Requirements: Ability to read gauges, measure materials, and perform quality checks
Environmental Conditions
Noise Level: Exposure to moderate to high noise levels; hearing protection provided
Safety Gear: Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves
Other Factors: Occasional exposure to dust, ink, or chemicals used in production
