Job Title: Print Production Specialist

Location: 4320 Goldmine Rd, Monroe, NC 28110 - ON SITE

Pay Rate: $17-18/hr

Schedule: MondayFriday, Business Standard Hours

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Dress code: Business casual attire required (slacks and collared shirt) - Steel-toed shoes with bump caps required for the manufacturing floor.

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate / Site Leader to join our team in Monroe, NC. This position plays a key role in supporting daily print production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working around production equipment, performing quality-focused tasks, and handling physical materials throughout the shift. Previous print production experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or print shop experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (equivalent to a case of paper)

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery

Work Environment
This role is based in a print production facility with various production equipment, including printers and finishing machinery. The environment may involve moderate noise levels and requires adherence to all safety guidelines.
