Typesetter for Publishing Company in Washington A publishing company in Washington is seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and setting text for various print and digital publications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Key Responsibilities: - Format and set text for print and digital publications, including books, magazines, and newspapers - Work closely with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure layout and design meets project requirements - Utilize design software such as Adobe InDesign to create high-quality layouts - Ensure accuracy of text and layout by proofreading and making necessary corrections - Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements: - Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Knowledge of printing processes and techniques preferred This position is open to all nationalities but applicants must have their own visa.
