Production Manager- Printing Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entire production floor operations

• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery

• Oversee work orders, scheduling, and daily production reports

• Coordinate purchasing, stockroom, shipping, and receiving

• Lead daily production meetings and resolve floor issues

• Train, coach, and manage production teams

• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years in production management

• 5+ years in graphics/printing or similar manufacturing

• Strong leadership and workflow management

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM

• Knowledge of industrial safety and OSHA standards

• Comfortable being on-call during off-hours

Physical/Safety

• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods

• Forklift certification preferred
