Job Purpose:
To set up and run stitching and binding machines

Department Function:
The bindery and finishing department is the extension of our production, which performs finishing and binding tasks.

Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Set up and run stitching and bindery equipment
Maintains equipment
Completes production records
Oversees any helpers
Inspects finished product

Other Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures.
Perform other tasks and duties from time to time as requested by management.
Report all issues into feedback.

321 Muller Saddle Binder
Heidelberg ST270 Saddle Binder

Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of print production finishing and bindery experience
Complete understand of TigerPress production
Self-starter and problem solver

Physical Requirements:
Excellent overall health and physical condition
Heavy lifting, able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
Able to work standing/walking/on feet all day
Frequent stooping/bending/crawling/climbing and kneeing
Frequent repetitive motion
