You'll work across bindery, digital print production, and shipping no two days are exactly the same. If you know your way around a cutter and a folding machine, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a team that depends on each other, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Program and operate a guillotine cutter Set up and run folding, scoring, and die cutting equipment Padding, drilling, round cornering and other print finishing processes Quality control you catch mistakes before they leave the floor Prepare and process shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Keep your work area organized and production flowing Pitch in wherever the team needs you What We're Looking For Experience with bindery equipment (cutter and folder experience strongly preferred) Ability to measure accurately using a ruler and read job specs Solid computer skills comfortable working with job tickets and basic software Deadline-driven and detail-oriented Dependable the team counts on you showing up and following through Positive attitude and a willingness to keep learning Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What We Offer Health and dental insurance (after 90 days) Sick and personal days (after 90 days) 10 paid holidays (after 90 days) 1 week vacation after one year 2 weeks vacation after two years Principals only.
