As a Bindery Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our printed materials are finished to the highest quality standards. Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and stitchers
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
• Follow job specifications to produce printed materials according to client requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial printing and bindery operations
• Knowledge of digital and offset printing processes
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot bindery equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Understanding of color management and print production

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with PrintSmith Workflow and Heidelberg & Duplo equipment
• Familiarity with prepress and color matching techniques
• Knowledge of direct mail and finishing processes

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $51,859, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, health savings accounts (HSAs), vacation leave, holiday pay, paid time off, and short-term disability.
