Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Copy and Print Specialist for a temporary contract opportunity in a professional office and hospitality-adjacent environment in Orlando, FL. This role supports daily copy, print, scanning, mailroom, document production, and office services operations while delivering a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain copy, print, scanning, mailroom, and document production equipment.
- Produce, assemble, distribute, and track printed and electronic documents according to customer specifications.
- Monitor and replenish paper, toner, and other office supplies to support uninterrupted daily operations.
- Perform quality checks on print and copy projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and related documentation as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service requests when additional support is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.25 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-engage opportunity.
- Assignment dates: 6/1/2026 to 9/5/2026.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32819.
- Parking is provided on site.
- Part-time position with full availability required, scheduled based on business needs.
- Schedule window: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.
- No overtime required.
- Driving is approximately 10% of the job.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Operate copy, print, scanning, mailroom, and document production equipment in a professional office setting.
- Produce, assemble, distribute, and maintain accurate records for printed and electronic documents.
- Support mail, package processing, supply replenishment, and general office services.
- Provide responsive customer service while maintaining quality control and meeting daily deadlines.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, office services, print, mailroom, records, or document support experience preferred by experience level.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to operate or quickly learn printers, copiers, postage machines, scanners, and related office equipment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and manage changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 to 55 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull office equipment on wheels when needed.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment and computers.
- Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required if driving is applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in copy services, print production, mailroom operations, document services, records support, or office support.
- Experience operating printers, copiers, scanners, postage machines, and other office technology.
- Technical aptitude with document production systems and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a professional office, hospitality, business services, or client-facing support environment.
- Dependable, professional, service-oriented approach with the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
