Pressman Jobs in Michigan
A Pressman, also known as a Printing Press Operator, is an essential professional in the printing industry tasked with the responsibility of managing the printing press. Their main duties involve setting up and operating the printing press, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality, carrying out regular maintenance activities, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues that may arise. They are also responsible for loading paper, mixing inks and ensuring the correct color balance. To qualify for the role of a Pressman, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, although some employers prefer candidates with post-secondary training in Graphic Communications or a related field.
