Print Production Specialist (Wide Format Printing)

About the Role:
Beast Coast Custom is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for running wide format printers, plotters, and laminators to produce high-quality vinyl graphics, signage, and wraps. When production slows, youll also support front desk operations, including walk-ins and phone calls.
Were looking for someone with some experience or foundational knowledge in printing processes or print production software. Bonus points for Adobe Illustrator experience!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate wide format printers, plotters, and laminators
Set up print files, run production jobs, and maintain color/quality consistency
Weed, tape, and prep vinyl graphics for installation or shipping
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on print equipment
Track inventory and report low supply levels
Keep the production area organized and clean
Assist with front desk duties when needed: greeting walk-ins, answering phones, and basic admin tasks
Coordinate with the design and application teams to ensure seamless job execution
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience or knowledge in print production or wide format printing preferred
Familiarity with RIP software or printing workflow tools
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to assist in various roles when production is light
Schedule:
MondayFriday, Full-Time (8:30am-5:30pm)
