Our CPG client is seeking a Graphic Designer with previous CPG experience to join their team in a freelance capacity. This is an onsite role where a candidate will be expected in office Monday - Friday at either their St Louis, MO or Larkspur, CA office. Candidates local to both locations are welcome to apply. An onsite workstation will be provided and candidates should expect to work 30 hours per week, with some ebb and flow.The ideal candidate will have previous CPG experience designing print and digital assets such as: web banners, amazon A+ content, emails, social graphics, digital ads, catalogs, and flyers. This person will have experience with retouching, pre-press proofs, and comfortable working within defined brand guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate layouts for print and digital assets to be used with B2B and B2C audiences. Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all materials.Participate in the print production process, ensuring that designs are optimized for print and meet production specifications.Utilize typography, color theory, and composition skills to create aesthetically pleasing designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Experience working with CPG brands designing both print and digital assets. Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and clients.Comfortable working 100% onsite in an office setting.
