This Job description is an overview of your duties and responsibilities of the Multimedia and Web/Print Production Specialist. It does not imply that that these are the only duties you will perform in this position. You should expect to take on tasks outside the scope of this role in support of the mission of the DoD Cyber Crime Center, Cyber Training Academy (DC3/CTA).

Overview:

Sigmatech is seeking a creative, technically skilled Multimedia and Web/Print Production Specialist to support the delivery of high-impact cyber training content for the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber Training Academy (CTA). This specialist will play a critical role in producing compelling visual and interactive learning media across digital, web-based, and print formats. Working within a collaborative instructional development environment, the specialist will help bring cyber curricula to life, enhancing learner engagement and comprehension through modern, professional-grade media.

This position is part of Sigmatech's Technical Solutions Group (TSG)a collaborative team of educational experts, curriculum designers, multimedia specialists, engineers, software developers, and AI/autonomy professionals. As a member of TSG, the position benefits from and contributes to a broad base of interdisciplinary expertise, leveraging shared innovation, technical support, and integrated development strategies across all company efforts.

Responsibilities:

Design, produce, and deliver multimedia content to support in-residence and online CTA courses, including motion graphics, interactive presentations, animations, and video-based training materials.

Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and instructors to translate technical concepts into visually engaging and instructionally sound media assets.

Develop branding-consistent course graphics, infographics, training manuals, certificates, and web content, supporting both digital and print dissemination.

Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and audio content for classroom and virtual instruction using professional software and studio equipment.

Author interactive SCORM/xAPI-compliant media content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar.

Prepare materials for classroom projection, print publication, or web-hosted deployment in LMS platforms (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas).

Format and proof multimedia content to comply with Section 508 accessibility standards and DoD branding/publishing guidelines.

Maintain media asset libraries, templates, and production standards documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Support the development of immersive training products (e.g., AR/VR, 3D models) in collaboration with technical specialists when required.

Assist with setup and support of AV equipment for training delivery, webinars, and instructional recording sessions as needed.

Experience and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or related field.

At least three (3) years of experience creating multimedia products in support of instructional or training content, preferably for a federal or DoD environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Camtasia or similar.

Strong visual design, layout, and branding skills with a portfolio of professional work.

Experience in web design or front-end publishing, with familiarity in HTML5 and responsive design principles.

Ability to manage multiple media production tasks with attention to detail, deadlines, and instructional requirements.

Familiarity with DoD visual standards, security markings, and accessibility (Section 508) compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting accredited training programs (e.g., COE-accredited institutions).

Exposure to immersive technologies (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Blender, AR/VR platforms) is a plus.

Working knowledge of DoD cyber or technical training environments and terminology.

Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, LMS integration, and eLearning content deployment best practices.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $125,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
