This position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What Youll Work On

The Graphic Designer / Color Specialist will report to and work closely with the Labeling Services team to help drive visual communications across multiple platforms. Associate will take direction to edit and create 3D renderings, production labels, and other package designs as well as related reports. The position requires a creative problem solver and an effective communicator that can clearly and confidently tell a story via digital design and takes the initiative to be an avid learner of new technologies .

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and inspirational materials using Esko and Adobe Illustrator
  • Creates 3D product renders and maintains web-based database of current renders and related artwork
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest digital design techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines
  • Create label update report and submit to Regulatory colleagues for label changes as needed
  • Review submitted printed samples as color standards for compliance from Quality Assurance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a focus in graphic design and a thorough understanding of all phases of the design process
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience developing materials in 3D
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with color management, branding, separators, and printers
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in corporate work environment or agency

  • Proven track record in developing creative digital and print solutions

  • Understanding of color management, production art file creation, print quality management, and industry printing methods

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Highly effective collaboration skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong drive for excellence and team success

The base pay for this position is

$60,000.00 $120,000.00
