Account Manager / Customer Service Large Format Printing & Graphics

Convergent Print Group is hiring an Account Manager / CSR for our Phoenix shop. We do large-format printing, vehicle graphics, vinyl, signage, and environmental graphics for customers across the country.

This is the person who keeps jobs moving taking in customer requests, writing them up clean for production, quoting work, picking the right materials, and following jobs through the floor until they ship. You'll be the main point of contact for an assigned set of accounts.

You should have:

2+ years in print, signs, graphics, or advertising production (this is the big one)
Customer service or account management experience
Working knowledge of large-format materials vinyl, banner, ACM, acrylic, laminates, etc. (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
Ability to juggle a lot of active jobs without dropping any
Solid written communication you can write a clean email
Comfort with MS Office and basic job-management software
