Shift of the Press Helper: 4:00 pm - 2:00 am; Four 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total) Pay Rate/Salary of the Press Helper: $20/hr Responsibilities of the Press Helper: Assist Press Operators with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. Prepare boxes and package finished rolls of labels according to company standards. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the pressroom to support safety and efficiency. Help with setup, adjustments, and changeovers to minimize press downtime. Follow all established safety, quality, and production procedures. Qualifications of the Press Helper: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during a shift. Must be able to regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
