Typesetter for Print and Digital Media in Akron, USA We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for print and digital media. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Format and arrange text and images according to design specifications for print and digital media - Ensure all content is accurate and error-free - Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure the final product meets quality standards - Use industry standard software to typeset materials - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Requirements: - Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role - Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Effective communication skills Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus - Experience working with both print and digital media preferred - Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset but not required This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month.
