Photo Lab Technician and Creative

Bradley Print & Photo is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Part-Time Lab Technician to join our team in Pacific Grove, California. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment that blends fine art printing, photography, digital media, and visual storytelling. Compensation
Starting pay ranges from $20$40 per hour depending on experience, technical skills, and creative background.

Responsibilities
Assist with fine art printing production on paper, metal, and canvas
Prepare and organize print orders for production and pickup/shipping
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print lab and workspace
Assist with social media content creation including photo, video, reels, and behind-the-scenes media
Support marketing, public relations, and promotional efforts
Help with general studio organization, workflow management, and client support
Assist with quality control and attention to detail during print production
Help maintain a polished and professional gallery/lab environment
Potentially assist during workshops, gallery events, or artist installations

Preferred Skills
Photography knowledge and camera familiarity
Adobe Lightroom experience
Adobe Photoshop experience
Video editing skills
Graphic design experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in both creative and production-oriented environments

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with large-format printing or print production
Social media management experience
Knowledge of color correction or color-managed workflows
Interest in wildlife, landscape, underwater, or fine art photography
