Experienced Flexographic Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced full-time press operator to run a Mark Andy label press. Prior flexographic label press experience is required.
***Part-time employment will also be considered***

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

Set up and operate Mark Andy label press
Mount flexographic printing plates
Perform accurate color matching and maintain print consistency
Mount and set rotary die-cut tooling
Monitor print quality and make press adjustments as needed
Maintain registration, ink control, and production efficiency
Troubleshoot press and print quality issues
Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning
Review job tickets and ensure specifications are followed
Maintain an organized and safe work environment
Work independently and meet production deadlines
