Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license
Position Summary: The Copy Center Technician will support the printingcopying of all district's instructional and administrative materials. The Copy Center Technician will be responsible for the high-volume production of educational resources while ensuring that staff have the high-quality documents they need to support instructional and operational needs. This role requires a blend of technical skill, organizational understanding, and a commitment to serving our school community.
Supervisor: Director of Educational TechnologyData Privacy Officer
Essential Responsibilities:
High-Volume Production: Operate and maintain professional-grade digital duplicators, high-speed copiers, and wide-format printers to produce flyers, exams, workbooks, and district newsletters.
Finishing & Bindery: Perform post-print tasks including cutting, folding, collating, and job set-up.
Quality Control: Review digital and physical proofs for accuracy, clarity, and alignment.
Order Management: Oversee the intake of print requests via the district's digital submission portal. Prioritize urgent classroom needs while maintaining a steady workflow for long-term projects.
Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment. Staff will also be responsible to work with Xerox on notifications of issues and needs.
Inventory: Track paper and toner inventory, initiating reorders to prevent downtime.
Customer Service: Collaborate with district staff to clarify job specifications and provide timelines for completion.
Delivery: The Copy Center Specialist team will also be responsible for delivery of materials to all buildings
