Nexeo Staffing is actively hiring Print Production Shop Workers for a fast-paced print and graphics production environment specializing in custom signage, vinyl graphics, banners, displays, and branded materials for commercial clients.

If you have experience in print production, sign finishing, or shipping/packaging, and enjoy hands-on work in a team-driven setting, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist in print production processes, including cutting, trimming, laminating, and finishing products

Work with fabric graphics, vinyl banners, decals, signage, and trade show displays

Operate production equipment such as laminators, CNC routers, industrial sewing machines, and hand tools

Follow production sheets, technical drawings, and work instructions to complete jobs accurately

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and high standards

Prepare, pack, and label completed jobs for shipping and delivery

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Experience in print production, sign making, graphics finishing, or warehouse production preferred

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Ability to lift, move, and carry 40+ lbs regularly

Preferred: Print Production Technician experience | Sign Maker / Sign Finisher | Graphics Production | Large Format Printing | Vinyl Application | Laminating & Mounting | CNC Router Operation | Shipping & Packaging | Warehouse Production / Manufacturing

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Full Time | Swing Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
