Our client, a leading full service print provider, is seeking an experienced Lead Press Operator for its New England facility. This role is ideal for a lead press operator with experience running Goss M-2000 heatset web offset presses in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.

Schedule: Night Shift | Wed-Sat | 7 PM-7 AM

Responsibilities

Operate and lead production on high-speed web offset presses

Monitor print quality, color consistency, and production efficiency

Troubleshoot press and mechanical issues to minimize downtime

Lead and support press crews during production runs

Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift

Qualifications

4+ years of printing experience required

Required experience operating Goss M-2000 heatset web offset presses

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Leadership and team-oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
