Job Summary: The Print/Mail/Scan Client Associate will be responsible for supporting various customer accounts within the print production department. Duties include mail sorting, delivering mail, operating basic print equipment, and maintaining reporting logs. Primary Responsibilities: Operate office/production equipment (print, mail functions). Handle high-volume folding and inserting mail equipment. Utilize standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers). Perform quality inspection before, during, and after output of each production run. Troubleshoot issues to ensure timely production, delivery, and output requirements are met. Provide excellent customer service and fulfill intermediate contracted customer requirements. Act as the primary point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs. Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes. Apply asset tags to office equipment and update the database as necessary. Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary. Distribute supplies as needed. Perform operator maintenance on equipment. Skills and Qualifications: Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to new print production equipment. Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office, web browsing, email management, file handling, and data entry. Ability to quickly learn and perform multiple tasks at customer accounts and continue daily operations when primary operators are absent. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
