Duties include the following: Set up printing press, hold print registration, maintain color control and monitor quality. Set up press and produce work assignments based upon customer due date, ensuring that product is produced efficiently, and with high quality. Responsible for record keeping, production throughput and maintenance. Maintains open and clear communications with all production employees' and management/departments. Requires good judgment in determining proper set-up and production methods, understands and applies good housekeeping practices. Focus on process improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience or similar relevant discipline equivalent to the required experience. Teamwork and continuous improvement skills are required. Must be detailed, and proactive in problem solving/decision making. Must have experience in a production environment and or demonstrated abilities required Must have excellent attendance and proven quality/production record.
