Adecco is recruiting for a Production / Bindery Operator for a ingpany in Auburn, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay in the $17-25 per hour range, based on experience.
This position is responsible for operating bindery and finishing equipment, assisting with production, and troubleshooting machinery to keep production running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with ing, bindery, machine operation, or mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and other post-press machinery
Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to keep production running
Assist with digital ing and production as needed
Package and prepare finished ed materials for shipping
Read and follow job tickets and production instructions
Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work area clean andanized
Work with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules
Qualifications
ing, bindery, press operation, or machine operation experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Reliable and able to work in a small team environment

Day shift schedule
Flexible hours may be available for experienced or semi-retired candidates
Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
Pay Details: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
