Job Description
Need skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join the Press Operations team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate a flexographic press (Nilpeter or similar), ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and waste reduction standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure materials are prepared and available for efficient production
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality system standards
Contribute to innovation efforts by helping develop new products and processes
Qualifications & Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across diverse groups
Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness to both internal and external needs
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2+ years of printing experience required
Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes preferred
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems preferred
