We value precision, clear communication, and reliable delivery. Position summary: Experienced graphic designer to produce print layouts, pre-press-ready files, logos, and client-requested revisions on a project-by-project basis. Remote contractor role; work on your own equipment with a secure, stable internet connection. Responsibilities: - Create print-ready layouts (flyers, brochures, direct mail, signage) - Prepare and QC files for pre-press (bleeds, marks, color settings, PDF standards) - Design logos and identity elements as needed - Execute client revisions and respond to feedback promptly - Communicate clearly with project manager and meet deadlines Required qualifications: - Minimum 5 years professional graphic design experience - Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Comfortable with MS Word and Adobe Acrobat workflows - Demonstrated pre-press knowledge and ability to deliver press-ready files - Portfolio required and must include previous political design work - Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent written communication - Fluent in English; U.S.-based applicants only Equal opportunity: We are an equal opportunity small design shop.
