Die Cutting / Stamping Press Operator (Will Train)

Perfect Register is a small, high-end printing finishing company looking for a dependable, detail oriented person to operate specialized equipment used for foil stamping, embossing, and die cutting. This is an exciting opportunity to learn a trade that is in demand, and there is room for growth in this company and industry.

This role will be responsible for operating our large Brausse and Eterna presses. Prior experience operating similar machines (Bobst, etc) is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Set the press up with the dies/tooling for the project
• Reference the job packet and samples to assure accuracy
• Load paper and remove completed sheets
• monitor quality during the run
• adjust machine as needed to maintain quality standards
• Keep paperwork, tools, and machine in good repair
• Operate the machine to complete production targets

• Strong attention to detail and eye for quality
• Production minded
• Mechanically inclined and familiar with basic hand tools
• Willingness to learn a specialized skill
• Able to stand, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
• Able to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and safely
• Specific experience is helpful and will increase pay

We are looking to hire a full-time, day shift press operator. We are open to adjusting the exact shift hours to fit your ideal schedule. Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.

The lower end of the pay range is applicable for applicants without industry experience. We are willing to pay a competitive wage for an experienced operator.
