Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate industrial cutter equipment (36"-59" programmable cutters).
Read, understand, and execute job tickets with precise size specifications.
Ensure accuracy and quality of cut materials across various substrates.
Troubleshoot cutter equipment and identify production issues proactively.
Maintain workflow efficiency to meet production deadlines.
Work independently while managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Support general bindery and finishing operations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of handson experience operating programmable cutters (Polar or similar).
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
Computer literate, with the ability to follow digital job tickets and workflows.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet production demands.
Knowledge of printing processes and various print substrates.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
Work Environment
Fastpaced commercial print manufacturing setting.
Collaborate with prepress, press, and finishing teams to ensure highquality output.
Schedule
Full-time position
Overtime available based on production needs.
