Job Title: Production Associate - Screen Printing

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Oshkosh

Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time

Excellent counting skills

Working at a fast pace

Comfortable using pallet jacks

Lifting boxes weighing 40lbs

Responsibilities:

Catch shirts as they exit the dryer and maintain pace with production speed

Perform quick visual quality checks for print or garment flaws

Count, fold, stack, and organize garments by size, color, and purchase order

Pack garments into boxes and move finished products to designated areas

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Communicate clearly with press operators and supervisors

Clean ink from screens with a power washer

Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
