What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses

• Monitor print quality, color, and registration to meet customer specs

• Perform make-readies, changeovers, and routine press maintenance

• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to keep production running smoothly

• Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and quality to deliver great results

• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating flexographic presses (wide or narrow web)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read job tickets and follow production specs

• Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn, improve, and take pride in your work

12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45PM-6:00AM nights or 5:45AM-6:00PM days

Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur

Week 1 = 49 hours
Week 2 = 36.75 hours
