+ SundayThursday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

**Training Schedule (1 week): SundayThursday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (B Shift)**

In this role, youll perform a variety of tasks including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support production operations with tasks such as collation, labeling, binning, and verifying

+ Assist with quality control and preparing orders for shipment

+ Communicate delays or issues to leads or supervisors

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

+ Meet daily production goals and timelines

+ Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

+ Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

**Qualifications:**

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting preferred

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as needed

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

+ Able to sit, stand, walk frequently, and bend occasionally

+ Comfortable working in a production/factory environment
