Bindery Operator - Direct Hire Location: Eagan, Minnesota Permanent Position 22.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE) $2,500 in bonuses after 3 months Join a Leading Print & Production Team! We're hiring Bindery Operators for a direct hire opportunity in a clean, well-organized production facility. Available Shifts: 1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:20 PM (Mon-Fri) 2nd Shift:2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Mon-Fri) 3rd Shift:10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Sun-Thurs) Occasional overtime available on all shifts (up to 4 hours/day) Key Responsibilities: Review job specs for materials and setup requirements. Monitor equipment and product quality. Troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues. Use computer-based workflow applications to manage files. Accurately document activities in systems like MII and SAP. May assist with feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling, or inventory tasks. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Experience operating production machinery. Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
