Job Description
What Requirements Should I Have?
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a graphic design position. As a member of the Tyndale Advisors team, you will be expected to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and deliver effective communication both verbally and written. You should also be very experienced in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and other graphic tools for creating and design. We will help you achieve your career goals by offering challenging duties and annual performance reviews.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uses a computer and graphics software to visually design marketing collateral.
- Performs other tasks necessary or required to support the successful conduct of the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Participates in internal meetings, collaborating with other staff.
- Records time spent and so that it can be tracked by the project.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Requires the ability to work with all levels of internal and external management and staff candidly and effectively.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and project timelines with multiple team members and work in a high paced, technology-based environment.
- Should be detail-oriented and strive for accuracy.
- Should be willing to investigate a company and its products/services in detail to help understand company brands and the motivations of target markets.
- Experience in creating simple, theme-following, templated designs as well as production graphics for both print and electronic communications, video design and production, photo manipulation and color correction.
- Pantone color matching is a must.
- Must have a solid understanding of typography and fonts as well as preparing files for commercial printing.
- Web CMS experience is preferred.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to accept, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and other graphic tools.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Three years of experience working in a graphic design position.
- Experienced in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and other graphic tools
