??? What Youll Do:
As the Site Manager, youll oversee all aspects of print production and site operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality output, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage advanced print production equipment
Lift and move 35 lb. boxes of printer paper
Train and lead team members in workflow and machine operations
Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
Manage supply inventory, facility issues, and customer interactions
Maintain accurate reporting, payroll, and performance tracking
Drive quality, efficiency, and profitability on-site
?? What You Bring:
2+ years of print production experience (required)
High school diploma or GED
Strong technical skills and familiarity with complex machinery
Experience leading or training others in a production environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
?? Dress Code:
Smart casual jeans are fine (no rips or holes), paired with a business casual top like a polo. No graphic tees.
