Pre - Press Operator / Graphics Design

Job Summary: Provide high-quality graphic design support and assist in commercial print media operations—including offset, digital, and screen printing—by preparing and reviewing electronic files for production.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in graphic design and layout software (Adobe Creative Suite, Pitstop Pro, Font Management).

• Strong understanding of digital file formats (PDF, TIFF, EPS) on Mac systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create templates and workflows to ensure files are print-ready for commercial offset, digital, and screen printing.

• Edit, proofread, and pre-flight print and digital collateral for corporate and commercial clients.

• Adjust page layouts to account for folds, trims, bleeds, and gripper; add crop marks and color bars as needed.

• Identify and communicate file issues to customers and production teams.

• Assist with the setup and operation of Digital Xerox Printers.

• Collaborate with CSR, clients, and production personnel while adhering to company policies.

• Support other operational tasks as assigned, maintaining a “can do” attitude.
