Graphic Designer for Apparel Brand

I own a small business based in Evergreen Colorado--a screen print shop, a wholesale apparel company, and two clothing retail stores where we sell what we print. I'm looking to elevate our aesthetic and build our brand with a more diverse and growing collection of designs to print. We're mainly focused on souvenir tees and apparel (think name dropped clothing for specific, outdoorsy locales) and also more generic mountain-focused apparel.

This is a new position within the company so there is some flexibility in work schedule and hours, with plenty of room to grow into a larger role with the company if desired. Our ideal candidate would also be willing to work retail and screen print, although not required. Pay is dependent on experience and whatever arrangement we land on (freelancer, where we pay for designs themselves, larger role in the company where this person also contributes beyond designing, etc.), but general range would be $20-25/hr for broader level work (in the stores, printshop, etc.) and $30-50/hr for specific graphic design services, or pay per design.
