Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: 3+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in industrial construction. Proficiency with Monday.com, Excel, Stack, and PlanSwift software platforms. Responsible for managing $6M-$20M worth of industrial projects nationwide. Lead, manage, and hold accountable team members including administrators, preconstruction staff, superintendents, and union crews. Build and maintain forecasting schedules and labor strategy to support company revenue goals. Ensure strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles. Accurately execute change orders, maintain budget alignment, and meet or exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Possess strong leadership, organization, and conflict resolution skills. Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonuses!
