We are seeking a Customer Service Representative With Printing Knowledge to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.

Budget Printers and Embroiderers is an offset and digital printing facility that also handles silk screening, embroidery, and wide format (signs and banners).  We also specialize in branded merchandise and promotional items.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions in our system
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Support the sales team by managing their jobs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The position is full time with a rate of pay is $19 - $24 per hour.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible hours.
