What You’ll Do

As Print Production Manager, you will oversee the activities of the production team while operating state-of-the-art printing equipment.

      Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Coordinating daily workflow and production schedules
• Leading, supervising, and supporting production staff
• Operating offset and digital presses, as well as bindery equipment
• Placing stock/materials orders and maintaining inventory
• Collaborating with the graphics department to ensure timely delivery of artwork
• Monitoring quality control and making real-time production adjustments
• Upholding and enforcing safety protocols across the production floor
• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment or workflow issues as they arise

What We’re Looking For

You’re a natural leader who brings energy, organization, and reliability to the floor. You don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and jumping into the work.

      Qualifications:

• 5+ years of production management experience in a print environment
• Strong working knowledge of offset/digital printing equipment and materials
• Proven ability to lead teams and optimize productivity
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting tight deadlines
