Identify local and regional account prospects. Manage local and regional accounts through all phases of the selling process, including identifying prospects, closing the sale, obtaining relevant artwork, and managing the client relationship. Develop strategic proposals and presentations to acquire new accounts. Meet monthly quota determined by Director of Advertising Sales. Develop and implement strategies to ensure client retention. Execute all relevant aspects of the Loudoun Independent Sales Plan. Required Experience Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Advertising or related field; 2-5 years of related work experience; Relevant experience working in print media sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external contacts. Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel). Must be able to operate a computer, calculator, typewriter, printer, photocopier machine, facsimile machine and other equipment as needed Excellent addition to detail and the ability to work to deadline.
