Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator Company: Quik Stik Label Company Location: Everett, MA Description: Fast growing manufacturer of flexographic pressure sensitive labels has an immediate need for an experienced narrow web flexographic press operator to join our production team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of pressure sensitive label experience.  This person should have experience setting up and running 6.50 - 10.00" flexo presses with 6 - 10 color capability.  Candidates need to be able to set up and run both multi colored and four color process work.  Familiarity with laminations, U.V. inks & varnishes , sheeting, cold stamping, magnetic and and air eject style tools a definite plus.As a flexographic press operator some of the duties that you will be responsible for include: Producing high quality labels by following written job specifications. Setting up orders, monitoring, adjusting, controlling, and maintaining the press while the order is being run.Plate mounting.Color matching on a variety of different substrates.  Adhering to company policies and procedures related to quality control including documentation and press sign offs.Trouble shooting problems independently.Maintain a clean and safe work area on a daily basis.We work a four day work week from Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 5:30 pm plus overtime when needed.This position offers a competitive compensation package that is based on past flexographic experience.  We offer shared health and dental insurance plans, matching 401k company contribution, Aflac wellness benefit package, personal day allowances,  holiday and vacation pay plus a performance based monthly bonus plan.Please do not apply for this position if you do not have experience running pressure sensitive labels on a flexo press.

Job Title: Pressmen, Prepress Operators & Diecutting Operators Company: Seaboard Folding Box Co. Location: Fitchburg, MA Description: A packaging printer located in Fitchburg Massachusetts that is expanding it's operations and is looking for experienced operators in the areas of sheet-fed printing, pre-press and die-cutting.  We are looking for pressmen and feeders that have experience working on  Mitsubishi and Heidelberg 6 color presses with a minimum of 3 years experience to fill openings on our 2nd and 3rd shifts.We are looking to hire a pre-press operator for our 2nd shift operations.  This position requires experience working on customer proofs via photoshop, illustrator and pdf workflow along with knowledge of the printing plating process.  This position supports our 2nd/3rd shift printing operations and the right individual will have the necessary experience to work in an unsupervised setting.We are also looking for experienced diecutters for our 2nd and 3rd shifts.  If you have experience operating a Bobst Speria and Blanker diecutter please submit your resume for consideration.Anyone who has experience in any of these areas is encouraged to submit your resume for consideration.  We are an expanding operation and have immediate needs for people in all of these areas and are looking for talented individuals who are career minded and looking to get to the next level.
