Duties and Responsibilities: Operating press and understanding its components Responsible for all finished product produced Ability to read job order completely and understand all special instructions. Determine most efficient way to set up job and communicate to press assistant. Complete spec card Complete job check sheet verifying correct inks, materials and adhesives Review and save samples from every roll. Fill out all tags and paperwork. If you have at least 3 years of Silk Screening experience in a manufacturing environment, can work an overnight 12 hour shift, and have a positive/energetic attitude, this position may be for you! Summary: Safely manufacturing production on silk screening printing machines to customer specifications and ensuring the quality of the product by performing and documenting in process quality inspections detailing print legibility, registration & color while maintaining a high level of output. Make data based in process adjustments of machinery for print registration, coating and color.
