Some minor troubleshooting and repair will also be required. Perform all press operations from make-ready, run, to clean-up. Proactively identify, analyze and resolve problems that arise with production. Manage ever-changing deadlines. Document actions by completing production and quality logs as required. Perform all press operator functions as noted on the work order/job tickets. Interface with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and/or the Graphic Designer Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment; be familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets regarding chemicals used. Clean and maintain equipment and work area following maintenance procedures and update maintenance logs. Inform supervisor of equipment problems. Required Skills and Experience High School or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience on a Heidelberg Quickmaster DI Good mathematical skills Able to apply written instructions to machine set-up and maintenance. Able to move freely throughout the building and to lift paper as needed Meet or exceed minimum test results as designated by hiring manager. Benefits: A competitive salary based on experience.
