We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with printing industry experience to join our team based in Batavia, Ohio. This position supports the Customer Service function. Some duties include: o Build the plant relationship with new and existing customers, working with the sales associates to ensure all aspects of service to the customer, such as schedule, quality of product, on-time delivery, and service recovery issues are resolved to achieve business results. o Perform and coordinate order entry process and systems, including but not limited to, engraving, job jackets, production estimates, work and shipping instructions in accordance with Multi-Color standards and specifications. o Document, monitor and achieve customer service and shipping operating metrics, such as on-time delivery, service recovery turnaround and complaints, sales forecast dollars. o Document and coordinate customer complaints and concerns with a focus on facilitating issues resolution at the plant and overall communication, internally and to the customer. REQUIREMENTS o Must have printing industry experience. o Candidate should possess an Associate degree and/or minimum 3-5 years experience. o Proficient with MS Office. o High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills o Candidate must be a self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills. o Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. o Possess a professional demeanor and strong work ethic, act with discretion, be resourceful and able to maintain confidentiality. The On-Site Customer Service Specialist's primary focus is building relationships with customers while providing important office support. In this position you will be responsible for providing copy/print services, mail services, shipping and other office related tasks. This is a part time role, Monday through Friday from 3pm-7pm.Job Duties / Responsibilities: Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work. Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. Performs all repair service on customer copier equipment. Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed. Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs. Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer. May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have Microsoft Office and Adobe software (PageMaker, In Design, Illustrator) skills, a High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Exceptional customer service skills are a must! Related copy/mail/clerical experience is preferred. Valid Driver's License Needed.
