Job Title: Customer Service Rep. / Plus More Company: Location: Albany, NY Description: Fast paced Albany commercial printer looking for an energetic, intelligent, friendly self-starter to fill what is primarily an inside customer service position. HOWEVER . . . this position will currently be required to wear many hats during the day, including light bindery work, as well as deliveries to local commercial accounts, so applicant must be in good physical shape, able to handle standing for extended periods of time as well as lifting cartons. For the customer service responsibilities, strong math and phone skills are a must for working up job quotes and billing/invoicing. Computer skills are also necessary. Light bindery and production work will be necessary with digital printing equipment. We have our own delivery vehicle, and applicant must have a valid NYS drivers license and a clean driving record. We will train for specific job functions and industry knowledge. This is not a trade bindery, or production-only position, meaning you will interact with customers daily in a retail environment. Applicant must be neat and organized, presentable, responsible, mature and possess strong communication skills. Industry experience a plus.
