POSITION
SUMMARY: Local, growing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide
customer service and processing support for our mailing division
accounts. Our client service position requires 2-5 years experience in directmail or print production oriented customer support. This is a full-time position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Acting as a liaison in handling all communication between external clients
and internal programming and production departments Assisting customers with low level technical and processing questionsWorking with Post Office / postal regulations on a daily basis
