Design and produce all covers, features, and departments ? Assist with acquisition of art for each issue; research stock photos; assist in ordering high-resolution images and processing related invoices ? Prepare and review all proofs for monthly design reviews and production process ? Create layout and address ad placement conflicts; redesign articles to meet layout needs ? Manage production process including but not limited to line corrections, routing, preparation of final digital files ? Read other competitive publications on a monthly basis and stay abreast of industry and design trends ? Oversee final proofs and final printing quality Position Qualifications: ? College degree in Graphic Arts and 3+ years experience in the same or related field ? Magazine and color print knowledge ? Proficient using MacIntosh platform and network, and the following software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, and Excel ? Job Title: Graphic Designer / Sign maker Company: Location: Fort Collins, CO Description: Are you a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years experience in the Sign industry? We are seeking an enthusiastic, well presented individual to join our team. Working with a small, customer focused team, you will be given the opportunity to take control of all artwork design and production for this business. This includes all aspects of day to day operations including digital printing, vinyl application, laminating, and mounting. Experience with vehicle wraps a plus. Qualified applicants will have knowledge of sign design, computer cut vinyl graphics, and wide format digital printing. Experience with sign making and design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Fine Cut, and Onyx is essential.
