Freedom Graphic Systems, a national Forms Printer/Direct Mail Company based in Milton, WI has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Milton, WI location. Responsibilities and Duties: Create job folders and job instructions. Coordinate project pre-planning meetings. Manage all aspects of pre-production project scheduling. Coordinate the production of components by outside vendors and clients. Serve as liaison between production, management, scheduling, sales, and customers. Analyze production requirements and recommend solutions that optimize operating efficiencies. Active in short and long term planning and undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management. Maintain knowledge of all current Freedom Graphic Systems practices/policies. Utilize industry knowledge to effectively coordinate projects. Troubleshoot and problem-solve independently and within a team environment. Fulfill all health and safety corresponding with the job as deemed approriate by management. Requirements and Knowledge: Detail orientated and committed to quality. Highly organized and analytical. The ability to multi-task within a Customer Service environment. Possess proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Previous experience with the printing and mailing industry is required. The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization. Excellent computer skills with a Microsoft Windows environment. High school diploma or equivalent, some college, or equivalent experience preferred. Benefits include medical/dental, vision, life insurance, vacation and 401K. No paid relocations available.
