This position is responsible for coordinating all customer account activities within the plant, acting as a liaison between the customer and other facilities, and following production activities relevant to assigned accounts. All candidates must have at least two years Customer Service experience in a printing plant. Experience with retail is a plus. Strong computer skills, excellent communications, interpersonal, and organization skills are a must. Customer Service Representative Position Duties: We are currently seeking a reliable person with excellent customer service skills, printing knowledgeand proper phone etiquette for a full time customer serviceposition with ournineteen year old organization. Good typing and data entry skills are a must. Position requires the selected candidate to answer incoming phone calls, provide quotes, entering of orders and appropriately communicating customer requirements and instructions to the manufacturing team, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Enhance existing customer relationships through superior quality service. Thisis afull time position requiring the successful candidates to work Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four year college oruniversity;Degree in print management or sales prefered. 2. Communicates effectively as the single-point-of-contact for the customer. Effectively handles and deals with conflict and negotiates alternatives. 3. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks, and manage time, resources and multiple tasks effectively. 4. Experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet. 5. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 6. Ability to enhance customer relations by thoroughly understanding the customer and their business and communicating/educating plant personnel on the customer's business and expectations. 7. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 8. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, paper dimensions, proportions andpercentages. 9. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer requirements, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 10. Ability to sit for extended periods and may stand and/or walk for remaining time period of workday; occasionally bends/stoops, and/or squats; occasionally lifts and/or carries up to 24 pounds; has repetitive use of hands through keyboarding abilities; and exposure to moderate noise levels.
