Job Title: Printing company in the Los Angeles area is looking for a Bindery Mgr - Company: Location: Los Angeles, CA Description: A printing company in the Los Angeles area is looking to hire a Bindery Department Manager with 7+ years of management experience. You must have knowledge of Stitching, Cutting, Die Cutting, Book Binding and other related areas of the bindery department. You need to have a take charge attitude, must be able to discipline and manage 30+ employees. *Good references *Reliable and punctual work history *An attitude to produce good quality product *The ability to work well with others as a team player *Willingness to put in the extra time and effort to what it takes to keep the customer happy *Ability to read, speak and conversational in English Compensation: Excellent Benefits/Compensation: Medical, Dental and Vision compensation paid 100% after 3 months.
