Duties: Setup, operate, continuously monitor, maintain, and perform minor repairs on bindery equipment, to produce a variety of high quality printed products. You must be able to do the following: 1) Read and follow the job jacket/specifications to ensure proper setup and control of the job. 2) Perform make ready and monitor quality while making adjustments as necessary. 3) Maintain quality according to customer and company specifications. 4) Perform routine preventive maintenance and make minor repairs. Keep management informed of equipment deficiencies or repairs needed. 5) Maintain the bindery area, including hand tools, and other sensitive materials in an orderly manner. 6) Comply with all plant and department rules and regulations.
